UT Cadre Educational Employees Union demands Employees working on contract basis in Chandigarh UT to be regularized on Punjab pattern. *UT Chandigarh has no Guardian and is emerging as CONFUSED U.T. due to Time Pass bureaucracy in UT Chandigarh.* Balancing of benefits on UT Vs Punjab by Chandigarh administration. makes it a 'CONFUSED U.T.' since 1966 due to lack of decision making or pick and choose and No 'Political Will' to resolve the issues is forcing employees for litigation in UT Chandigarh.* Making or Adoption of Secure Policy in UT Chandigarh...* UT CHANDIGARH TO ADOPT SECURE POLICIES ON PUNJAB PATTERN....* WHY DON'T SECURE POLICIES OF PUNJAB DATED 18.3.2011; 17.11.11 & PUNJAB ACT NO 55 OF 2016 BE ADOPTED IN U.T CHANDIGARH IN THE ABSENCE OF ANY CENTRAL POLICY.....?????* FOR WELFARE OF THOUSANDS OF CONTRACTUAL AND OUTSOURCING EMPLOYEES WORKING SINCE 15-20 YEARS IN VARIOUS DEPARMENTS.* THE NEIGHBORING STATES ARE SECURING THE CONTRACTUAL & OUTSOURCING BY MEANS OF SECURE POLICIES.* UT CHANDIGARH HAS NO SOLUTION AND THOUSANDS OF CONTRACTUAL EMPLOYEES AND OUTSOURCING WORKERS SUFFERING IN VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS IN THE ABSENCE OF ANY CENTRAL POLICY IN U.T., CHANDIGARH.* Regularization of Contractual Employees working in various department of UT Chandigarh.* Chandigarh administration is been exploiting and discriminating qualified youth and intelligentsia as Contractual Employees in UT Chandigarh since 20 years in the absence of any Central Policy or lack of decision making or having no 'Political Will' to resolve the issues* The Chandigarh administration has already framed a secure policy for Daily wagers in the year 2014-15 on the basis of O.M 49019/1/2006 dt. 11.12.2006 and various apex court Judgments.* The order of Central Ministry states that Sate Govts and their instrumentalities should take step to regularize the services who are duly qualified in terms of the statutory recruitment rules for the post and worked for 10 or more on duly sanctioned posts but not covered under the order of court or tribunals.* The Punjab Govt vide Notification dated 18.3.11 and 17.11.11 had regularized Contractual Employees completing 03 years of service following directions in the case of UMA Devi Vs State of Karnataka vide O.M.No 49019/1/2006 dt.11.12.2006.* The Punjab Govt has further notified Punjab Welfare Act No 55 - in 2016 for Contractual and Outsourcing Employees and Workers securing the 03 years services of contractual workers.* Chandigarh administration has failed to implement the order of ministry 49019/1/2006 dt 11.12.2006 and should frame a secure policy for contractual employees like daily wagers or adopt the secure policies of State of Punjab dt. 18.3.11; 17.11.11 or Punjab Act No 55 in 2016* The Chandigarh administration has already adopted or adopting various policies like 03 year probation, Basic etc, enhancement of recruitment age from 18-37,5% Compassionate appointments etc of state of Punjab as per GOI Notification 13.1.92 due to its unique 'Constitutional Anomaly making it 'Incomplete U.T., ' since its inception in 1966. '.* Local MP Ms Kirron Kher claiming all the credit to provide benefits to the UT Employees on the Punjab pattern but there is no POLITICAL WILL to resolve the issues for Contractual Employees on Punjab pattern in UT Chandigarh* Why pick n Choose by administration as well as Member of Parliament????* The Chandigarh administration either should frame or adopt the secure policy for survival and security of employees and workers who had contributed golden period of their lives since 10-20 years to avoid forceful litigation due to Lack of Decision Making or Political Will in larger Interest of Public in UT Chandigarh.*
